Roger Stone Deputy Chairman Roger Stone is a UK national with more than 37 years experience in the areas of marketing, sales, software development and executive management in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industries. Roger has developed specialized expertise in establishing new operations, including joint ventures, in emerging markets particularly in Europe and Asia. Over 25 years of his working life has been on international assignments in UK, Austria, Hong Kong, India, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Costa Rica. His career has included 25 years with Unisys Corp, mainly in Asia, notably heading operations in India and the Philippines, three years as head of retail operations for IDT Corp in Europe, 5 years as an independent consultant, and, immediately prior to joining IPVG, Roger was CEO of IQ-Ludorum plc. He graduated from Loughborough University of Technology in the United Kingdom with an Honours degree in Aero /Automotive Engineering. Marco Y. Santos Deputy Chairman Marco Y. Santos is a currently a Director of iPeople Inc. (PSE: IPO), whose key lines of business are focused on education and information technology. He is also Vice-Chairman of Tholons Southeast Asia, a consulting firm that specializes on business process outsourcing (BPO) and Executive Director for American Orient Capital Partners (Philippines) Inc. Mr. Santos was also the Chief Operating Officer of Mapua IT Center (a subsidiary of Mapua Institute of Technology) and Founder/CEO/Chairman of Edsamail. His career also includes a 3-year Marketing stint with Fuji Xerox Co. of Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo De Manila University. Enrique Y. Gonzalez Chief Executive Officer Enrique oversees strategic direction of the group, and directly handles all investment-related activities including fund-raising, mergers & acquisitions, and exit. Enrique has been intimately involved in the start-up process of all business units, and responsible for working with business unit heads in meeting or exceeding operating targets. Enrique has had a successful track record in the internet space; having founded a series of internet start-ups that have been acquired by larger U.S. - based firms (match.ph/itzamatch.com) and has taken IPVG from garage to public. Amongst Enrique’s recently concluded deals under IPVG Corp. include: • Strategic partnership with PCCW (NYSE: PCCW) for the Philippine market for BPO and Telecommunications. Enrique has a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College, attended the program for Masters in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management, and completed Business courses from Sophia University in Tokyo. Enrique is considered an expert authority on the Internet and online games space. Prior to IPVG, Enrique was involved in investment banking with a focus on fund-raising and restructuring. Srini Polishetty is Managing Director of AO Capital Partners Limited (AO Capital), an investment and financial advisory services firm, covering the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining AO Capital, he worked as a regional research analyst covering Asian utilities for a major stock brokerage house and as a deputy director for a leading Indian oil & gas firm. His experience includes corporate finance and project finance work in various sectors, including information technology, business process outsourcing, infrastructure, manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. Srini had been with AO Capital for the last 10 years and has more than 15 years experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Srini started his career with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited where he went on to become its deputy director in the global procurements division. Srini received his MBA from the Asian Institute of Management and McGill University. He is also a Chemical Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology. Christopher Cox Director Christopher Cox has worked in numerous investment and corporate finance boutiques including Lord, Abbett & Co., and Robertson, Stephens & Co. Christopher is the CEO of Serotta & Fat City Cycles, a market leader in high-end hand-built bicycles in the U.S. Christopher has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and has degrees from University of Virginia, Claremont McKenna College, University of Cambridge (Queens College) and University of South Carolina. Juan Kevin G. Belmonte Director Juan Kevin Belmonte also sits on the Board of Directors of Pilipino Star Printing Co., Inc., and Pilipino Star Ngayon, Inc. Mr. Belmonte is the president of Philstar.com, an online Filipino community.
Emmanuel Jalandoni was Chief Finance Officer for Edsamail Holdings Pte. Ltd., an e-commerce company and Internet Service Provider that pioneered the free email services in the country. Prior to that, he was also the Program Sales Manager for Wholesale Banking Solutions at Unisys Asia Division from 1998 to 2000 and held various positions in banking at Citibank, N.A., Manila branch from 1990 to 1997. As the current group Chief Finance Officer of IPVG, he is in charge of Accounting, Finance and Treasury operations of the parent company and of the different subsidiaries. He has a Science degree from the Ateneo de Manila University, majoring in Management Engineering. Carlos Dominguez is President of Philippine Tobacco Flue-Curing and Redrying Corporation, Baesa Redevelopment Corporation, C.G. Dominguez and Associates Inc., Retail Specialists Inc., Huntly Corporation, The Linden Suites, Inc. and Halifax Capital Resources Inc. Chairman of RCBC Capital Corporation. Director of: Alsons Consolidated Resources Inc.; United Paragon Mining Corporation; Roxas Holdings Inc. Shangri-La Plaza Corporation. Mr. Dominguez served as a Secretary of Agriculture, and as Minister of Natural Resources during the Aquino Adminstration. Juan Victor S. Tanjuatco Independent Director Juan Victor Tanjuatco is a holder of a Masters Degree in Business Administration in Finance from Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University (cum laude), he has built up his work expertise through extensive exposure in the United States with IBM Philadelphia, in Hongkong with Credit Agricole Indosuez (formerly Banque Indosuez), in New Zealand also with Banque Indosuez, and in the Philippines, with Banque Indosuez, Manila Offshore Branch and the Bancom Group, Inc. Rene Fuentes Independent Director Rene Fuentes is currently the Liberal Arts Program Director and Advisor of Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.) His business experience during the past 5 years up to present, include management consultancy and directorship in foundations and private companies, which include, La Flor De La Isabela, International Wine & Food Society (Philippine Branch), Philippine-Australia Business Council, Philippine-New Zealand Business Council, De La Salle University Science Foundation, Inc., and 1911 Insurance Agency Corporation.
