Gonzalez Chairman Jaime Gonzalez is a co-founder, Chairman & CEO of AO Capital Partners. Prior to joining AOCapital, he held senior executive positions with a major . Roger Stone Deputy Chairman Roger Stone is a UK national with more than 37 years experience in the areas of marketing, sales, software development and executive management in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industries. Roger has developed specialized expertise in establishing new operations, including joint ventures, in emerging markets particularly in Europe and Asia. Over 25 years of his working life has been on international assignments in UK, Austria, Hong Kong, India, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Costa Rica. His career has included 25 years with Unisys Corp, mainly in Asia, notably heading operations in India and the Philippines, three years as head of retail operations for IDT Corp in Europe, 5 years as an independent consultant, and, immediately prior to joining IPVG, Roger was CEO of IQ-Ludorum plc. He graduated from Loughborough University of Technology in the United Kingdom with an Honours degree in Aero /Automotive Engineering. Marco Y. Santos Deputy Chairman Marco Y. Santos is currently a Director of iPeople Inc. (PSE: IPO), whose key lines of business are focused on education and information technology. He is also Vice-Chairman of Tholons Southeast Asia, a consulting firm that specializes on business process outsourcing (BPO) and Executive Director for American Orient Capital Partners (Philippines), Inc. He was also the Chief Operating Officer of Mapua IT Center (a subsidiary of Mapua Institute of Technology) and Founder/CEO/Chairman of Edsamail. His career also includes a 3-year Marketing stint with Fuji Xerox Co. of Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo De Manila University. Enrique Y. Gonzalez Chief Executive Officer Enrique oversees strategic direction of IPVG Corp., a publicly listed company on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE Ticker Symbol: IP) engaged in the information technology and communications space. Set up to be one of the fastest growing companies in the Philippines, IPVG has executed against its plan and strengthened its position in the communications, online gaming, and BPO business sectors since its formation in 2007. Enrique directly handles all investment-related activities of IPVG including fund-raising, mergers & acquisitions, and exit. Enrique has been intimately involved in the start-up process of all business units, and responsible for working with business unit heads in meeting or exceeding operating targets. Enrique has a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College, attended the program for Masters in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management, and completed Business courses from Sophia University in Tokyo. Enrique is considered an expert authority on the Internet and online games space. Prior to IPVG, Enrique was involved in investment banking with a focus on fund-raising and restructuring. Enrique was chosen as a Fellow of the Philippines 21 Young Leaders Initiative Class of 2009 by the Asia Society Philippines Foundation Inc. He was also recognized as the "IT Executive of the Year" at the 1st Cyberpress IT Choice Awards, organized by the IT Journalists Association of the Philippines last December 2008. He likewise spearheaded planning the IPVG 2007 Annual Report: Making A Difference, which was awarded by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) with the Anvil Award of Excellence for PR Tools — Publications last February 2009. Enrique is Deputy Chairman of IP Foundation (IPF), IPVG’s corporate social responsibility arm (CSR) formed in June 2007. Fully accredited by the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC), IPF’s goals are to provide affordable and accessible healthcare and bridge the digital divide. Enrique’s dedication of IPF exemplifies how, with all of IPVG’s accomplishments, the company has not forgotten the importance of giving back to the community.
Emmanuel Jalandoni was Chief Finance Officer for Edsamail Holdings Pte. Ltd., an e-commerce company and Internet Service Provider that pioneered the free email services in the country. Prior to that, he was also the Program Sales Manager for Wholesale Banking Solutions at Unisys Asia Division from 1998 to 2000 and held various positions in banking at Citibank, N.A., Manila branch from 1990 to 1997. As the current group Chief Finance Officer of IPVG, he is in charge of Accounting, Finance and Treasury operations of the parent company and of the different subsidiaries. He has a Science degree from the Ateneo de Manila University, majoring in Management Engineering. Rene Huergas was VP of fixed networks at Globe Telecom, and President / Director of Global Data Hub, formerly Ayala Port. Apart from Rene's having held senior management positions in Unisys in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Indonesia, he also worked in Silicon Valley at iAsiaworks, a venture-funded company engaged in IDC services within the Asia Pacific region, headquartered in Sunnyvale, California; as well as a content provider in Burlingame, California. Gil Edeza Chief Operating Officer, IP E-Game Ventures, Inc. Gil Edeza was the Global Chief Technology Officer of Level-Up Games. He has been involved in major technology start-ups in the country such as Netopia, Wolfpac Communications and Level-Up. In his 19 years of experience in IT, telecom and online gaming industries, he was the youngest Country Manager to head multinational IT company – 3Com. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from De La Salle University. Alejandro James A. Chiongbian President - i-Pay Commerce Ventures Inc. Dondi Chiongbian initially joined the IPVG group in 2006 as a Business Consultant/Project Director, and was instrumental in the research, design and development of IPVG's payment and remittance business. Prior to this, he was connected with the Renoir Group where he specialized in the analysis and implementation of organizational change which resulted in significant, measurable, and sustainable profit for companies - in the banking, finance, logistics, manufacturing, processing, medical and health, real estate and telecommunications industries - across the Asia Pacific and the United States. He also held various positions in Eastern Shipping Lines and Eastern International Plastic Packaging Corp. He has an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines and holds a degree in Finance from the George Washington University in Washington DC, USA. Jose Manuel S. Fernando President - MegaMobile Inc. Manny Fernando has over 13 years of experience in mobile and telecom industries on the areas of Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Business Development. He has worked with reputable companies such as IslaCom, Ericsson, Sendo International and Wireless Services Asia Inc. Manny spearheads the overall management of the integrated mobile VAS activities of IPVG, its subsidiaries and affiliates. His role includes strategic development, commercial partnership programs and P&L management for the mobile initiatives of the IPVG group. He has a Masters Degree in International Business Management from Thunderbird, Arizona, USA. Mohan Kulkarni President, IP Contact Center Outsourcing, Inc. Mohan Kulkarni started his career with Larsen & Toubro, an engineering and construction conglomerate. He then moved on to work with Citibank in New York, followed by HSBC where he held senior positions in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region. He has extensive experience in setting up and growing consumer banking businesses and BPO operations in the international markets. Before joining IPVG and IPCCO, CEO of TeleTech India, and just prior to that he founded FinSource - a financial services company in the Philippines. In the year 2005, TeleTech acquired FinSource. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (Mumbai), Mohan acquired his Masters degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. ![]() Warren Liu Chief Technology Officer Warren Liu has eight (8) years of experience in the Gaming and Technology Industry. He has consulted and managed network solutions for clients in the United States as well as throughout Asia. He is the founder of Wewp!, one of the first gaming review websites, which subsequently made a successful transition to a private financing group. He is the founder and director of Virtual Batavia a pioneering company in the mobile and technology sector.
