Makati City, Philippines -- 28 March 2008 -- Publicly-listed IT company IPVG Corp. (PSE: IP), together with its BPO subsidiary, IP Contact Center Outsourcing, Inc. (IPCCO) today announced that it has entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with Interactive Teleservices Corporation (Influent), a US-based contact center with facilities in the US, Panama and the Philippines.
Under the terms and conditions of the contract, IPVG acquired 70% of the call center which shall be paid by way of cash and issuance of IPVG shares.

The leading gaming publisher is set to launch its newest massively multiplayer online game (MMORPG), CABAL Online.
“CABAL Online is one of the most awaited MMORPG in the Philippines. CABAL Online is a unique third-person MMORPG that combines futuristic, fantasy and medieval themes into one action-packed, sophisticated role playing adventure. It is expected to be one of the biggest titles to hit the Filipino online gaming community.
The game has been successfully launched in Asia, Europe, and America (including USA and Canada), gathering 20,000,000 registrations across the globe. In Vietnam, CABAL Online recorded a maximum of 75,000 concurrent users at any given time.
Filipino players were first exposed to CABAL Online during the European Server Closed Beta, building up their anticipation for the game.

• The Global Positioning System (GPS) shows the player’s current location as well as party members, NPC and quest dungeons, warp gates as well as hunting field and difficulty level of monsters.
• Skill Points (used to improve battle skills) and Character Stats (strength, dexterity, and intelligence) develop separately so they can freely schedule their leveling activities according to their target level or skills.
• The complex storyline of the game also allows players to take on hundreds of quests and grow their characters consistently even without too much grinding and party leveling.
• Battle experience is also intensified by the Combo System, a function that allows users to continuously execute multiple skill attacks with no cool time.
• At certain level, players can undergo quest that will give them the privilege of owning a futuristic core-driven hover bike called Astral Bike.
• Nation Battles involve the allying of players to a nation (Capella or Procyon) by undergoing a nation quest. Players can kill other characters of opposing nation in this feature.
Even with the high-grade features offered by the game, CABAL Online is designed to run even on low-end computers while still maintaining its scintillating action scenes, lifelike environments, ornate decorations, detailed characters, and non-stop fast action.
